Cosmos Recipe

A delicious recipe for Cosmos, with light rum, lime juice, superfine sugar and crushed ice.

2 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
crushed ice

In a shaker half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
